Costs

The Arling­ton offers a vari­ety of lux­u­ry apart­ment and sin­­gle-fam­i­­ly Estate Home floor plans – with entrance fees rang­ing from $380,000 to $2,270,000 and month­ly fees rang­ing from $4,164 to $11,373. Fees are deter­mined by the type of con­tract and the res­i­dence selected.
