The Arlington partnered with Walgreens to host on-site COVID-19
vaccine clinics for all residents and team members who elected to participate. 
Our first on-site vaccine clinic for residents and team members was December 29, 2020.

The Arlington MyTapestry Neighborhood has received test results confirming one resident has tested positive for COVID-19. Residents and team members who had direct contact with this individual have been notified. Testing of team members and residents is being conducted. 

At The Arlington, we continue to actively follow the strict guidelines for senior living communities to prevent or reduce the risk of transmission of COVID-19 as directed by the U.S. Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Florida Department of Health and Florida’s Agency for Health Care Administration as follows for the Hearthstone and MyTapesty Neighborhoods:

 

  • Restrict all visitation except for certain compassionate care situations, such as end of life residents

  • Restrict all tours

  • Restrict all communal dining; dining room is closed temporarily

The Arlington Hearthstone Neighborhood has received test results confirming two residents and two team members have tested positive for COVID-19. Residents and team members who had direct contact with this individual have been notified. Testing of team members and residents is being conducted.
